Reservation, Education and Private Sector
A. RESERVATIONS
We are all familiar with Reservations. We make use, and take Advantage of them very
frequently, many times in our lives. In fact very often in a Year. We ask for Reservations when we want to
Travel – from the Air Lines, in the Train, sometimes in the Bus also, when they
are special, or for travel in a remote and exclusive area, or over some really
long distance. And earlier we used to
take Reservations for Travel in the Ships also.
Now also some take Reservations in the Boat. Yes, even now Reservations in Ships are
available, where they are the only or preferred mode of Travel.
Many of us also take Reservations
in the Theatre, or when we want to go to the Cinemas. We sometimes call this as Bookings. And then these days, some of us who have big
money, are always on the look out for, and rush to Book Housing and Commercial
Plots, Houses, Flats and Shops. We may
not accept this as Reservations, but they are.
Please look out at all those faces and the plight of those, who did not
have the information, were not in the station, or had just missed the bookings,
didn’t have sufficient money in time, or didn’t have the right influence or
powerful contacts, or could not get the allotments. We do similar Reservations or Bookings even
when We Marry.
We do, often months earlier, Advance Booking of Marriage Halls, Cooks,
and so on.
In fact, some us are born in
Reservations and grow with Reservations.
That is someone else – our Parents or Grand Parents or Uncles and Aunts,
or their Friends do the Reservations for us.
Booking Beds and Special Rooms in the Hospitals and Maternity Wards so
that we are safely Born, with proper Medical Care in
the Hands and Care of Expert Gynaecologists and other Doctors. Then there are also the Advance Bookings for
our Admissions in the Nurseries, Kindergarten Classes,
Why
Reservations?
Reservations are necessary in any
Civilised Society. Many Types of
Reservations in many Spheres and Areas!
There is nothing wrong in using them many times over. Reservations ensure, an orderly peaceful ways
of lives in a Civilised Modern Society.
Oftentimes it prevents Cheating and Fraud to a considerable extent. In fact, it often ensures Justice. It also helps the early birds, on a First
Come First Served basis. May be,
Reservations basically benefit the knowledgeable, resourceful and the moneyed
People. Yes, it also helps those who Know about the Reservations, have Time and Resources to
Access Reservations, and have the money manpower and wherewithal, to make use
of the Reservations. But it definitely
ensures Peace and Justice in the Society.
Please imagine and look at the way
People will rush, at times many hours before, push each other wildly, or the
black-marketing to get things, if there are No Reservations to get the
Admissions and Entries in a leisurely and regulated manner. But we all forget these, the advantages we
get, the benefits that accrue to us every time we avail of some Reservations
somewhere or other. These Reservations
and their benefits are so routine that, we have taken
almost all of them all for granted. We
don’t see anything special in them. We
don’t feel any guilt or shame when we are comfortable because of the
Reservations and others are left out.
The others are invariably the poor, helpless, resource-less and the
weak.
Many who day in and day out make
use of the Systems and Processes of Reservations, look down with great
contempt, criticise and talk denigratively about all
those discriminated poor and the marginalised weak, who may make use of some
special Reservations to avail of freeships,
scholarships, fellowships, or to get into some Educational Institutions and
Jobs, for their survival and growth. And
the Nation associates Reservations only with those helpless poor and
marginalised weak, SC&ST Dalits, and in some
cases Other Backward Classes of Backward Castes and Backward Minorities. Why is this Bias? Why this Prejudice? Is it that whenever the resourceful caste-hindu middle classes and the well to do elites make use of
Reservations wherever and whenever they want, and whatever number of occasions
they may like, there are no problems?
But when the discriminated poor and the marginalised weak make use of
the Reservations to gain knowledge, have education, get degrees, secure jobs
etc, they become big debatable issues.
What Rationale is this? What is
the Logic? Is there any Justice in these
unreasonable prejudiced and biased behaviours?
What are
these Reservations unreasonably associated only with those helpless poor and
marginalised weak SC&ST Dalits, and in some cases Other Backward Classes of Backward
Castes and Backward Minorities?
Some
learned individuals say that these special Reservations, as Relief for all the
Problems of Untouchability. But where is the Question of Untouchability, when it is said to be abolished legally and
constitutionally? True, we all know that
Untouchability is being practiced day in and day out,
even in the sacred Educational Institutions and important Govt Offices. Neither the seniors, nor the Heads of the
Departments, nor the local Liaison Officers for SC&ST Welfare, nor the
Central HQrs Liaison Officers, nor the local Police
Stations, Courts, State SC/ST Directors, National SC/ST Commission at the
Centre are willing to Register any Case of Violation or Atrocity either under
the abolition of Untouchability Act, or the
Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989.
Neither the Political Leaders, nor the SC&ST Dalit
MPs and MLAs, nor the Political Parties show any
keenness in taking up the case, representing and pursuing them systematically
to get Results. In fact, SC&ST Dalits get buggered up and severely persecuted and punished
very illegally and unconstitutionally, if they go to any political parties,
leaders or to the SC&ST Commission.
A Compensation for past
sufferings and discriminations. But
where is the Compensation? Does anyone
give any SC/ST Dalit anything special or extra as
Compensations suffered by them, or by their parents
and forefathers in the past?
Some say it is a Concession. What Concession, and who gives to whom?
Some say the Reservations are a
Favour. But then in a Democracy, who can
show favour to whom? Who has that
plenipotentiary legal and Constitutional Right to show Favours to others?
Some People term the Reservations
as Compensation. What Compensation, by
whom to whom? Have anyone seen any
getting any Compensation? No, not at all.
Some wise People say that it is
positive Discrimination. But then where
is the Discrimination? Who Discriminates whom?
How can any Discrimination be Positive?
Discriminations are always bad.
They are always Negative. So where from emerge this idea of Positive
Discrimination.
Some extra intelligent individuals
to show their intelligence and super knowledge, call
Reservations as Affirmative Actions.
They are actually Stupid. They don’t know the differences between the
two - in the very manner in which the Concepts of Affirmative Actions and
Reservations were conceived. They have
neither understood the ways of the Philosophy of Reservations here were
hammered out. And they don’t even
understand the methods in which all Reservations have to be executed and
implemented in this Country. Nor, do
they know the meaning of Affirmative Action, or the way it is being practiced
in USA, or the extent to which the Courts there had gone to enforce the, or
limits of the achievements there.
Reservations
and Competitions
Reservations ensure Competitions. And those who are against Reservations are
scared of Reservations. They know pretty
well that Reservations will soon end all their unfair Advantages! They are scared of the Competitions
Reservations will bring in.
Without Reservations, how can one
bring-in real Competitions in Education, Employment, Development, Innovations
and Progress? Only Reservations can
bring in SC&ST Dalits, carefully kept outside
Education, Employment, Recognition and Development, and pit them against all
the bogus and false brahmin
brats and bitches. Only then, can we
bring out the many Ekalavyas publicly into the open,
and expose the weaknesses of not only the much media hyped brahmanic Arjuns, and their
equally hollow brahmin Teachers like the evil Dronacharya. Had there
been something like Reservations to pit against the Arjuns
and Dronacharyas over the Ages, we would have had
billions of Arjuns and millions and millions of Dronacharyas by now, to talk about, and really be proud
of. Not the second rate Arjuna, and condemnable third rate evil individual like the
Dronacharya as a model Teacher. What an horrible
Model he was? We need not have had to
woefully rely on only Arjuna Awards and Dronacharya Awards, and still be left with empty hands,
returning with failures again and again, and shameless shame heaped on us
always. Or, there would not have been
any need to remember, only the second rated or failed Arjuns
and Dronacharyas, as our best and the classic greats
of all ages and times! Even our Times!!
Lack of any Competition had
brought this Country to the present sorry State. Always looking up to the
West or to
One can always find a brahmin man or woman asking any
individual working – Why are you working?
It doesn’t like good! Why don’t
you ask anyone else to work? Why don’t
you engage someone to do the work? Thus,
the brahmins not only shirk
work always, but also discourage even others from working. They always look for someone else to do even
the minimum of their work. Except for
taking food and ablutions, they don’t do anything on their own. They always depend on others to do their
work. They wait for others to get their
works done, and also for their own personal needs, protection, survival and
even food. As a result the brahmanic people have developed a
culture that, they need at least a third rate servant, or send for some aid to
even water the small plants in the pots, withering in their balconies. Their bodies don’t bend or cooperate, and
they don’t have a mind to get up and fetch a pail of water, from the faucet in
the nearby kitchen or bathroom. They are
that lazy, or consider physical work as inferior. They not only look down at every work and
worker, but badly denigrate and exploit the working classes as lesser species,
far less than human beings. That is why, we don’t have any work culture, work ethics, or any
improvements in skills design and quality of work.
Opposition
to Reservations
There is a strong Lobby Opposing
Reservations. Naturally they are
dominated by brahmins, with
most of the rest coming from other brahmanic classes
like the DCHs – the dominant caste hindus. There may be
some stupid arrogant dominant backward castes also who form part of the Lobby
Opposing Reservations. The brahmins oppose Reservations vociferously and publicly
because they are asked to, motivated instigated supported and financed by their
brahmin and brahmanic
elders, press, visual media of cinema, TV Discussions motivated structured
Debates focussed News and so on.
The brahmanic
brats and bitches under the cover and smokescreen of being students, are in the
forefront of all Oppositions to Reservations, only because they want to have
and continue to enjoy all that their elders parents and forefathers had stolen
from the large numbers of poor small helpless and the weak, and still
stealthily shamelessly unfairly unjustly and dishonestly cling to. And they are hopeful that their brahmanic elders in bureaucracy
and courts will manage to bring sufficient forces and influences to bear on
both the brahmanic politicians and weak-kneed
backward and SC&ST Politicians to succumb to Pressure and back out, or
provide extra and very undue compensations to them. that is why they come
to the streets again and again, against some form of Justice being done to the
Weaker Sections through some Reservations.
And the brahmins
shrewdly see that Reservations if really unleashed freely, will Roll out
unstoppable, and Emerge as the Power of Governance. For, Reservation is Really Power and
Governance. That is why the resistance
and opposition. Power is never shared,
allowed to slip out, and never given up.
And Governance is never abdicated or given up. And Power and Governance in the hands of
SC&ST Dalits, OBCs and
Minorities can never be thought of, conceded and accepted.
B.
RESERVATIONS IN EDUCATION
Reservations
have produced whole lot of Original Thinkers, Eminent Engineers, Great Doctors,
New Scientists etc from Weaker Sections.
Reservations
in all Educational Institutions are necessary, as Education is for Teaching all
People to Learn to Read, Write and New Skills, especially to Teach the
Illiterate and Uneducated. Govts should concentrate on Educating
the Poor and the Weak, with the best of the Schools. Those who oppose Education to the poor weak
and helpless, have no business to come to Govt Institutions, and Talk against
Reservations and other Weaker Sections.
Education must really be made available for all. Whenever there are
Shortage of Seats in Educational Institutions whether in Govt or Private, they
must be divided and shared proportionately by every Region and Community in the
Society, through appropriate Policies Procedures and Practices like
Reservations.
Educational
Institutions must actually be accessible only by the local people living and
working in the area on a regular basis.
Education generally, save for genuine exceptions, shall not be open for
outsiders. That will otherwise open the
gates to all those selfish and greedy elements, who keep fishing for
opportunities to enter anywhere, and take personal private exclusive advantages
of what they feel good or better Institutions.
That will deny the opportunities hope and future of genuine local poor
people, and affect their aspirations progress and future.
Education should never be allowed
to be monopolised by any group of Students, Teachers or Communities
Monopoly in any Sector or Sphere
of Life is anti-Democratic, anti-People and bode evil to the future of the
Nation
Merrit, assumed Merit,
conferred Merit, can be allowed to become the smokescreens for domination,
appropriation and depriving the proportionate rights shares and dues of all the
other Peoples
We need not produce geniuses
wanting to prostrate before employers or foreign companies or other Countries,
and are ready and willing to work for them
We must always be interested and
promote, ordinary citizens compassionate and prepared to work with poor
labourers in the Country, and for our ordinary farmers
Those who want to further
Education to serve other countries and FMNCs to make
more money, let them go to their own private
institutions or abroad
Reservations in Education, as is
elsewhere, are required as long as evil brahmins
don’t change their fraudulent ways of life, and give up their practices of
cheating and stealing
C.
PRIVATE SECTOR
Private
Sector is the Field of Private Business, and Private Business People, where
Private Business Houses Operate Function and Play. It is open to anyone with Ideas, Skills,
Entrepreneurship, and or Capital. But,
here in this Country, the PRIVATE SECTOR is generally, and almost always the PLACE OF PRIVATE BUSINESS CASTES. The Private Sector is invariably kept closed,
carefully and exclusively guarded, as the terrain of the Vaishya
or Baniya Castes.
That is supposedly to maintain their Secrets, as well as the Tricks of
their Trades Safe. Hence, the
Private Sector and Businesses here are practically closed for all others.
Roots of Privatisation, are in the evil selfishness and desires of some
people, to avoid working, labouring and struggling like others – the rest of
People. And for a living, they choose to
live on others Labour and Work by becoming, what they call, Entrepreneurs. Thus, an analysis of those interested or
engaged in Private Sector indicates that they are generally motivated by
desires to –

Escape Labour
4.
Avoid struggles
5.
Eat Well
6.
Sleep Comfortably
7.
Selfishness
8.
Desires
9.
Greed and
10.
Evil Minds
There are
also People who take to Private Sector, upset with the Govt, Politicians,
Bureaucrats, Delays, Red Tapism, Corruption etc. and some might have
begun their part in the Private Sector as part of nepotism favouritism and
other corrupt practices etc by their friendly partners and relatives in Govt,
Politics and Bureaucracy. There are also
cases where some big businesses had been started to utilise huge black money
received as big kickbacks or accumulated loot of corruption, extortion,
cheating, fraud, stealing, theft, dacoity etc. But, there may also be some People who had
entered into the Private Sector, encouraged by the benign Politicians, good Govts, great Bureaucrats, or as part And some take up to Private Sector
with the Noble Cause of doing something, public good, find some work and
earning for themselves, and also providing employment to their family members
and other friends and surrounding People.
then there are People who take up to Private
Business, as that is the only thing they know of, and are good at.
Generally,
Business People are those who Shirk Work, and don’t want to Work to Produce
Food, or meet their own Needs, by themselves.
They want to Live in Leisure and Comfort. So, they want to take steel and rob others
Food, Creations, Money, Wealth and Riches.
They believe in getting their Food, buying their Leisure and Comfort,
and meet their Needs – with Money.
Since Money does not grow in Trees, they want to take our Money – yours,
your Children’s and mine. So they are
out to Steal our Money, and Rob Us of our Food, Creations, Homes, Lands and
Life.
Business
People want to Cheat us anyway, in all ways and in
every way. They want to Play
all types of Frauds on us, that too by any means. Lying, Double Pricing, under-weighing, adulteration,
playing as confidence tricksters are all part of their Trade. That is why Trading means Cheating.
The Business People, Cheat People and everyone around
– from Customers, Workers, Suppliers, Govts and
Society. They don’t spare anyone. They like to Cheat
old sick young men women – both the powerful and helpless, including the rich
and power. That is why they have always
been unreliable, unwanted, not trusted and not respected. In this Country, they are kept aside as a
Separate Caste, and are called with the most denigrating name – as Vaishyas, derived
from the despised term Vaishee
that means a whore.
Business Communities are not only
Corrupt, but always have extensive Corrupting Influence on others also.
Private Sector, and the Exclusive Private Business Communities of Vaishyas want to avoid work, particularly physical work by
any means, and take our Food, Labour, Wages, Salaries, Money, Savings, Assets,
Riches, Lands, and Homes at any cost. If
possible they want to take our Girls and Women.
They also want to take our Children as labourers at half or negligible
or no Wages. They want all these to
become rich, powerful, and economically and socially dominant. They want to take away or buy most of our
food at throwaway Prices, and waste most of them in storage, or by wasteful
cooking, and as discarded lots of Food or leftover wastes dumped on the
roadside, drains or in the dustbins, or in their temples and functions as
offerings to the Fire in the Yagnas.
The brahmins and other DCHs, aware of their Crimes are not ashamed by their
Misdeeds, but are afraid of them as Sins.
So they feed lazy brahmins,
snakes, ants, and crows. But they will
never feed the poor hungry dying people, particularly those belonging to
SC&ST Dalits.
They are that bad and venomous.
The Govts, dominated and monopolised by brahmins, and controlled by other DCHs,
always favour the Private Sector. They allot
large tracts of land discreetly and very silently, that too at throwaway or
rock bottom Prices, without anyone’s knowledge, or before anyone wakes up, or
Question them. They have also developed
many ingenious ways to help the Private Sector.
The Govts always hide the failures, keep them
under the wraps, and protect the wrongs and misdeeds of the Private Sector. In spite of that, they go out of their way to
help the Private Sectors to grow into Giants.
While the so called highly qualified meritorious Administrators,
Economists, Financial Wizards, Management Specialists are failing the public
Sector undertakings, those not so intelligent and bright private sector
personnel, enlarge, diversify and grow into giants by Amalgamations,
Acquisitions, Takeovers etc. Right in
the face of unrestrained galloping Successes of the Private Sector, the PSUs are closing down many of their wings, discarding many
activities, outsourcing many businesses to benefit and increase the Profits of
the Private Sector at the Cost of PSUs, Govts, and Public.
They are even selling off part or whole PSUs
to the Private Sector, particularly the competing Private Sector.
The brahmins in partnership with their
other DCHs are developing ingenious and mind-boggling
mechanisms ways and means to help the Private Sector. One can sight many cases. Some of the Examples are –

After decades of struggling and failing as Computer and Electronics
entrepreneurs, a mega Private Sector was allowed to take over the Nationwide powerful CMC – Computer Maintenance Corporation
of

One International Vehicle Manufacturing Unit came to the Country, to
produce their Four-Wheelers in this Country in a Govt of India, PSU. Since they had a broad-spectrum of Vehicles
including Two Wheelers, they wanted to offer their Technology to State Govts. After tying
up the Four Wheeler Production with GOI, they moved to a Southern State which
was then considered as the Indian Base for Auto Industry. The Capital of the State was then Producing
Heavy Trucks, Cars and Mobikes. The International people camped in the State
Capital, met top Political Leaders, Bureaucrats etc. they wanted to firm
up the Project for Producing Two Wheelers.
But the brahmin
officials right at the levels of the Secretary to the State Govt, dillydallied
unnecessarily to delay a Decision.
Meanwhile they encouraged some brahmins
who had earlier ventured into some Industrial activities including producing
auto-components, to meet the Foreign Collaborators with full details and
necessary information. Thus fully armed
with all the details of the interests and proposals of the International
Company, the brahmins
clinched the deal in no time to produce the Two Wheeler Units in the
State. What happened then? That is more interesting.
Nearly twenty years of big
Successes in the Country, Producing Four Wheelers in Collaboration with GoI in a PSU, and Two Wheelers jointly with a Private
Sector, the International Unit had managed to Capture
slowly slowly 50% Share in the GoI
PSU. Then strangely they were allowed to
take a majority of the Share, and the Unit was virtually was turned from a PSU
into an extension of the International Manufacturer in the Country. At the same time, their Private Partner in
the Southern State for manufacturing Two Wheelers,
kicked them out of the Partnership, swallowing the shares of the International
Collaborator. Who was Right? The meritorious brahmin Fools who were the great decorated and highly
praised Managers of GoI PSU producing the Four
Wheelers and surrendered to the International Company, or the Private Sector
Unit in
