Why
Dr. Ambedkar died for these ungratefuls?
You remember! Ah what is that man's name? That SC Leader! Because of whom the SC&ST Dalits have had education and could
come up in life. Arrey, there are his
Statues nearly in every Colony and Street Corner almost allover the
Country! Yes! Yes! Dr BR Ambedkar! That is the one, I was trying to
remember! That is the Man to whom the Dalits pay lots of false gratitude, offer
hollow prayers and make meaningless obeisance in public! And the Country also today grudgingly gives
some credit for all his works, contributions, struggles and achievements. Everyone knows that
none of them really mean what all they do or say in public! None has time for him or for his teachings
and writings. But, it is fashionable,
or has become fashionable to praise him in public. And it is publicly, politically and socially the right thing to
pay respects to him, once in a while, particularly on the 14th of April and 6th
of December every year.
It may be true that it is because of this Dr Ambedkar,
99.9% of SC&ST Dalits can get admissions into Engineering, Medicine,
Technology and other Professional Courses, and to all those new Commercial
Courses like Management and Foreign Trade.
The same is also true to all other Education
and Learning in Universities and Specialized Institutions of Higher
Learning! It is because of him all
these SC&ST Dalit Boys and Girls enter the Portals of Higher Education at
par with other bright young Scholars, and also manage to get many Free ships,
Fee-Concessions and waivers, Scholarships and Fellowships specifically meant
for them, even though they perform very poorly than those others who don't get
such financial benefits and grants!
This Dr Ambedkar is singularly and personally responsible
for all those Third Class SCs&STs in Govt Services, Assemblies, Parliament,
Govt and Political Parties. He had made
all these SC&ST Dalits come out of their Villages, Hamlets and Slums to the
Metropolitan Cities, State Capitals and other main Towns. He had brought them, atleast in ther present
large numbers to the Schools, Colleges, Universities, Govt Offices and
PSUs. And these Dalits almost dutifully
go and garland his Statues when necessary, and organize functions invariably
for their own private and personal benefits, and get closer to Political Leaders
and get favors or build up their clout with Senior Officials who matter.
Yes, that Ambedkar!
That Ambedkar whom this VP Singh and RV Paswan almost immortalized by
starting prematurely a Birth Centenary Celebrations in 1990, and almost unduly
and unnecessarily forced it through more than three long years to the middle of
1993, till it was forcibly brought to an end
thankfully by the then Congress President and PM, PV Narasaimha Rao. All the other fellows had also set up a
Foundation in his name. Yes, I am
referring to Dr Ambedkar Foundation, under the then central Ministry of
Welfare. It was also given a premium
place in New Delhi, right in the heart of the Capital of India. It was good, that Shiela Kaul central
Housing Minister and Narasimha Rao did not provide Govt Accommodations for those
joining the Foundation, unlike the Central Wakf Council and its Secretary who
was given an identified Official Accommodation at the heart of the City on the
other side of India Gate, in Kaka Nagar, New Delhi - 3.
Where is that Foundation?
Was not that Dr Ambedkar Foundation, located just near the Parliament
Street Post Office, in an independent and big Govt Bungalow? Yes, it was located
at 25 Ashoka Road, right in front of the Communications Ministry in Ashoka
Road, on the other side of the Road! That
was only a stone throw away from the Parliament Street Circle at Parliament
Street and Ashoka Road Crossing. Now
nothing is there! It is empty! Except for the big black Bust of Dr Ambedkar
in front of the main gate right near the portico, which that fellow N Manohara
Prasad, the first Director of the Foundation flushed out of the rubbish of the
Centenary Cell in the dungeons and installed it there, not a crow could be
found! Only that is there, lonely and
forlorn, for someone to break it down!
What happened to this Dr Ambedkar Foundation? Where had the present Director, staff and
other officials fled leaving that poor bust of Dr Ambedkar, whom the SC&ST
otherwise say they worship? Don't
they all make a big public show during the Functions and on 14th April and 6th
December every year? Where they have
all gone? Where their Leaders have all
vanished? Is not that RVP sitting right
in front of this place in Sanchar Bhavan?
Don't his Chamchas and Chelas come in groves and big croud daily
whenever he is in Delhi? Or is it that
all these worshipping, garlanding and big bold rabble-rousing speeches are only
for public show to hoodwink the otherwise poor SCs&STs who don't have time
for anything other than slaving to earn some money to keep their hunger at bay
from taking their lives and that of their children and other family members?
That Dr Ambedkar Foundation, established by the Govt with
much fanfare in 1992, had vanished from its Office at 25 Ashoka Road! That is the truth! They have been pushed out of the place. And that very cleverly!
Very ingeniously! That too very
silently! With almost none knowing
about it, or raising any voice against it!
That is the truth! Real
truth! Naked truth! Well, well what happened to all those old
retired bandicoots who claimed themselves to be the descendants, torchbearers
and conscience keepers of the SCs and STs?
Were they not using the Foundation as their Meeting Point, and gossip
club? What happened to all those
self-proclaimed Dalit Intellectuals and Professors of Jawaharlal Nehru
University, New Delhi etc who poisoned the main popular National Programmes and
killed the Foundation, out of their desire to personally dominate and make use
of the Programmes and Funds of the Foundation for their personal benefits,
private advantage, individual growth and family progress?
The Dr Ambedkar Foundation, yes was pushed out very
silently and ingeniously without anyone knowing it, or raising a voice against
it, or protesting it, or objecting it or resisting it! We are now told that the Delhi Metro Rail
Corporation had asked for the building and site where Dr Ambedkar Foundation
was established! They want to build a
Railway Station. Of all the places,
they could only find Dr Ambedkar Foundation in this area as an easy and
convenient place to site a Railway Station, and none of the stupid Dalits had
protested! None of, what is his name,
with that longish name - ah, Bharat Rathna, Bodhi Satva Baba Saheb Dr Bhimrao
Ramji Ambedkar's beneficiaries had protested!
None of the educated Dalits protested! None of the Acedmicians protested! None of the Intellectuals protested! None of the Conscience Keepers protested! None of the SC&ST Govt Servants
protested! None of the Dalit Workers
protested! None of the SC&ST Dalit
activists protested! None of the Dalit
Leaders protested! None of the Dalit
Party Workers protested! None of the
different politicians protested! None
of the Corporators protested! None of
the MLAs protested! None of the MPs
protested! None of the Ministers
protested! None of the VIPs
protested! None of the VVIPs past and
present protested! None is protesting! And none will protest in the near future
also! Not even that great RVP! And RVP is now just sitting there - right
opposite on the other side of the road, in that tall building of Sanchar
Bhavan, that houses the prestigious Communications Ministry, and is the Head
Quarters of all the Communications in this blessed or cursed Country! Ask him, if anyone has the guts time or
interest or is bothered atleast now on reading this, he will plead
ignorance! Ask his Private Secretary,
and anyone of the more than normal quota of Additional Secretaries and other
staff of his, they will be sure totally ignorant! For they are all otherwise busy - you know what! One need not mention about them! They are all great People, busy people,
honorable people, respectable people and useful people!
Come 6th December!
Oh! That is not very far! It will be here in just a couple of
months! Hundreds will then, very much
park their cars here - just on the pedestrian footpath at the very main gate of
25 Ashoka Road! They may be just
laughing, and yet flock the near-by Parliament House to garland Baba Saheb Dr
BR Ambedkar Statue there, pay floral tributes, worship him and pay obeisance,
oblivious of the sadness of the occasion, and the sad end of Dr Ambedkar
Foundation! All will be ignorant, see the other side and pretend to be unaware that
Dr Ambedkar Foundation was there at 25 Ashoka Road, had been edged out, elbowed
off from the 25 Ashoka Road, where it was founded! And that Baba Saheb's Bust there at 25 Ashoka Road had been
neglected, forgotten and abandoned, to be broken away or dismantled or torn
apart by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation!
What a sad end to Dr Ambedkar and its Foundation? Is it the second death of Dr
Ambedkar, and one of many a deaths of Dr Ambedkar Foundation? Only time will tell!
Some one said, that the Foundation had died long back, when
its first Director left it on 3rd June 1996, to go to the Railway Board as
PS/MR to join Mr RVP as his Private Secretary.
Since then, the Foundation had really become a haunted place of old retired people,
toothless people, characterless people, gutless people, insincere people, and
those with one leg already in their graves still wanting to scavenge something
for their personal benefits and that of their family members from Dr Ambedkar,
his name and Foundation - including that most mischievious Gandha Das
who had strangulated the Foundation of all its life, right from its inception,
just in the name of teaching and disciplining its unsinkable first
Director! Yes, the Foundation has come
to the right end, for which Mr Gandha Das and his bossom friend JN Prasad had
all along worked illegally and illicitely so hard, and schemed, manipulated and
masterminded many a strategies to fail the first Director of Dr Ambedkar
Foundation, fail the Programmes and fail the Foundation, fail the Dalits, fail
the People, fail the Govt, fail the Country and fail Dr Ambedkar. Let them have the last laugh and rest in
comfortable peace for what all they had done and achieved!
If the above are the truths, and if the SC&ST Dalits,
the direct beneficiaries of all the struggles, life long fight and achievements
are so insincere and ungrateful, was Baba Saheb Dr Ambedkar foolish, or all
these SC&ST Dalits of this Country are a bunch of Fools, gutless Cowards
and really Ungrateful People? Was the Great Baba Saheb wrong in fighting
for the Liberation, Freedom, Education and Development of such inhuman filthy
people? Baba Saheb seem to have felt
so, and had rightly a premonition!
Remember his last speech at Nagpur, when he painfully with an almost
broken rued that his educated people, for whom he had worked had let him down! No!
No! Definitely not! Baba
Saheb was not wrong! What he said was
also a truth, but a timely warning.
Baba Saheb had exposed all these half-educated fools, cowards and
cunning selfish frauds! Baba Saheb's
People will never let him down, or his dreams, his hopes and his faith in them
to build an honest hardworking equal and truthful Society! Here
we don't find any Really Educated People!
There are only Educated Fools, both amongst the SC&ST Dalits and in
the Rest of the Society! And they are
still at each others throats. No! They are cowards, they can never fight
openly even to exploit, rob or swindle.
They are crouching to jump at each others tails. And they know not what they are doing
and what harm they are causing to the People, Society, Country and the Future
of this Nation!
