Mission
In India, millions of people belonging to scheduled caste communities are making ends meet with hard labor. They are living in miserable conditions. They have dreams that their should receive good education, get better jobs and make their families prosper. The parents spend their whole life and hard earned money to send their children to college, but it is so sand and painful that their never come true. The parents cannot bear the expense of a college education for their children and as a result, the students leave the colleges because of financial problems. The brilliant students are forced to quit college and look for jobs to support their families. Other than college students, there are thousands of students of poly-technical, who are also going through financial problems.
There are thousands of widows (single mothers) who are raising their children with great hardships. They do not have any support or source of income. They cannot even send their children to school. The poor youngsters are forced to do labor instead of going to school. The society feels the pain and agony of single mothers belonging to scheduled caste communities in India.
There are numberless children of community, who have no parents. The orphaned children don’t have any protection or source of financial help. They do not go to school; they wander on the streets. They society strongly feels for these children. If they do not get education, the foundation of the community definitely will become weak. The child is father of nation.
However, there is a hope, which can help these needy students. There are millions of members of scheduled caste communities settled abroad, who are well to do. There are also many professionals, who are making good money. If we donate a small portion of our income, we can help thousands of needy students, who want to continue studying to achieve a college degree.
Dr. Ambedkar Educational Aid Society has been formed with the idea to assist the poor college students belonging to scheduled caste communities, who cannot continue their college studies because of financial problems. The society is looking for applications from the needy students who really need financial assistance. The scholarship will be granted after verifying the facts given in the application.
